Washington D.C is the capital of the nation and host to many cultural activities including meditation. MBSR or Mindfulness-Based Stress reduction was inspired by Jon Kabat-Zin, and yields great results for those seeking to improve their mental and emotional behaviors.
Washington DC can have cold winters and humid hot summers. When the weather is nice, it is a good time to improve your life with MBSR. Mindful Meditation has been researched by various universities to suggest that it may be helpful against stress, anxiety, pain, depression and other issues.
