What is MBSR
MBSR or Mindfulness-Based Stress reduction was created by Jon Kabat-Zin, to combine mindful meditation and yoga into a meditation program that allows students to explore possible mental behaviors and thought processes that are creating obstacles to a more fulfilling life. Mindful Meditation has been researched by various universities to suggest that it may be helpful against stress, anxiety, pain, depression and other issues.
