All sessions are designed for personal development and self-awareness, and are not substitutes for licensed medical, legal, or psychological care.

3. 📅 Appointments & Payments
Appointments must be booked in advance via our website or official communication channels.
All payments must be made in full before the session.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions with prior notice.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling.
No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment.
In case of emergency, we may consider a reschedule on a case-by-case basis.
